B. PROFESSIONAL & CREATIVE DATA

Portfolio links, social media handles, work history, and creative assets submitted during talent applications.

C. USAGE DATA

Information on how the service is accessed and used, including IP addresses, browser type, and navigation patterns.

3. DATA PROCESSING & LEGAL BASIS

Flex Creatives Group processes your personal data under the following legal bases as defined by the Data Protection Act:

  • CONSENT: You have given clear consent for us to process your personal data for a specific purpose (e.g., newsletter subscription).
  • CONTRACT: The processing is necessary for a contract we have with you (e.g., talent representation).
  • LEGAL OBLIGATION: The processing is necessary for us to comply with Kenyan Law.
  • LEGITIMATE INTERESTS: The processing is necessary for our legitimate interests as a creative agency, provided those interests do not override your fundamental rights.

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Generally, talent data is retained for the duration of the representation plus 5 years for legal compliance.
